As an inshore angler who knows Northeast Florida’s rivers, creeks, and coastal waterways firsthand, the problems were obvious: docks rot, lifts fail, and the big marine contractors only want the large construction jobs — leaving waterfront homeowners without a reliable, dedicated maintenance specialist.
